Peaceful Parenting Coaching and Support Group

Welcome <3 and congratulations for taking the brave step toward becoming a more peaceful parent (and giving yourself some loving and compassionate support to get there!)

Join me and a small group of other parents for weekly video calls to hold each other’s hands (and hold each other accountable each week!) as we work through the 12 week Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids online course. (note: you must be a past or present participant in the Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids course to be in this group)

Peaceful parenting is not easy, but it’s much harder when you feel you are doing it alone. Our weekly video group call will connect you to other parents on the same journey. You will support each other, challenge each other, and keep each other on track with me as your guide during our weekly video calls over the 12 weeks of the course.

I know how hard this is and I also know that it is so worth it! You can do this! 🙂

(FYI – The first time I offered this group was in September and both groups were an amazing success. The mamas in both groups asked if we could continue when the 12 weeks were over. They didn’t want the support and inspiration they were getting to end. It was that great! You can read some of their comments below.)

Note: to be part of this group you need to be registered in the Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids online course. To sign up for the first time, click here. If you’ve taken it before and want to join the new round, click here to take it again for free.

What past group participants are saying:

At the beginning of our coaching group, when you and Dr. Laura were talking about ‘Choose love’ and ‘I am love,’ it did not resonate with me at all.

I thought, “What is ‘I am love?’ What does that even look like?!”  I really was not connected to that.

Now I have brought it out- it has come out- over these last 12 weeks together.

Now when I say to myself, ‘What would love do?’ I *know* what love would do. I was not in touch with that 12 weeks ago.

Thank you!!

This group has been a game changer for me.

Going through the process with a group really made me feel a sense of community. While we are all at different stages/ages, the way Sarah encouraged people to share within the group made me realize we are all together on this parenting journey.

I loved seeing people ‘live’ and hearing their stories and questions each week. We had some really great thought provoking and helpful discussions.

Not only did I complete the course, but I made life-changing progress. I’m now able to be a bit more present and to stop myself to respond instead of react. I ‘see’ my kids more- as in I appreciate who they are and what they are teaching me.

This group has meant a lot to me. I’ve met some amazing mamas from around the globe! All such passionate and very real moms who are doing a superb job parenting.

We’ve all shared our honest struggles and it’s nice to have a support system that is really rooting for you. The weekly video meetings when we all come together feels like self-care for me.

I am hoping that we can continue it even after the 12 weeks are done!

Previously with courses like this, I become so overwhelmed with the amount of information that I stop the course even before I’ve reached half way. This course, and the financial investment that goes with it, will make sure you stay on top of it and finish together.

It has helped me see things from a different perspective, and I love all the resources that were shared. My yelling has certainly decreased, and I am conscious and mindful of how I approach situations with my kids and family.

Participating in these group coaching calls for the past 12 weeks has been an amazing journey.

Our group has really helped me to stay motivated and on track with the course.

I have learnt so much, not only about parenting but also about myself. I am incredibly grateful to Sarah for holding these group coaching calls and I highly recommend working with her.

This was my second time taking the Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids course. I joined Sarah’s group in order to hold myself more accountable.

The support of Sarah and the other moms in our group have helped keep me on track when I would have otherwise let all of life’s distractions derail my efforts.

I have felt truly supported by them as I’ve shared specific struggles and challenges.

Becoming a peaceful parent is going to be a lifelong journey but I feel grateful for the opportunity to have made some positive steps on this journey together with like-minded parents.

I have signed up for the Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids course three times, but had never completed further than week 5!

The coaching and accountability group with Sarah has held me accountable and I’m on track to finish the whole course for the first time!

The financial investment was definitely worth it.

I am seeing benefits in my own ability to stay calm, a better connection with my children and more unity and joy in our family.

I wouldn’t have finished and have had this success in my family without the support of this group, so thank YOU!
